BEFORE ORDERING: Please send an email to gemculture@juno.com which includes: What you are Ordering and the Name of the Country we are shipping to, as some restrictions or additional fees may apply. We will calculate Postage and email you with the amount you need to send with your order.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: PayPal, Money Orders USD, Western Union in USD, or Money Gram. Please email us for information you will need to send us a Money Gram or Western Union.

Note: Fresh Cultures e.g.: Dairy Cultures, Bread Leavens, Kombucha, Fresh Organic Light Rice Koji, and Seed Miso, Are NOT Available Outside U.S. This is due to poor quality/damage incurred during EXTENDED shipping times/delays.

Customs Notice:

1. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

2. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering you are considered the importer of the goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

3. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift", but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs declaration. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

4. To avoid any unnecessary customs charges, please check with your local customs office to find out what the exemption limit is for goods entering the country.
